No. Photopea runs the same panel in a browser tab, and the Preview tool watches a PSD or PNG saved from any editor.
Which Photoshop versions work?
Genuine Photoshop 2024 (v25) or later. Help, About Photoshop shows the version. Cracked builds are not supported.
Is the plugin free?
Every account gets 60 free minutes, once. After that, Standard, Pro and Max include the plugin.
How does the panel sign in?
It shows a code and opens a page to approve it in the browser. A code lasts 10 minutes and works once.
Why does the panel still ask for access after buying a plan?
It signed in before the plan. Sign out of the panel and sign in again with a new code.
Can the free hour be used again on another computer?
No. It is one hour per account, whichever device or editor it runs in.
Does it open DurtyClothTool projects?
Yes. The Model tab opens DurtyClothTool and grzy Clothing Tool projects.
Is the download safe?
The CCX has a VirusTotal scan, linked beside the download, and installs through Adobe Creative Cloud like any other plugin.
