Liveries
Choose any Emergency Response: Liberty County vehicle and design its livery on the 3D model. Describe a design and the AI draws every side at the correct proportions, or paint each side yourself, then download the images ready for the in-game livery menu.
Clothing
Design Roblox classic clothing with a live avatar preview. Zoovdev places your artwork on the exact faces of the 585 × 559 template, so every part lands where it should on the avatar. Generate an outfit from a description or paint it yourself, then download files ready to upload.
Images
Generate group logos, badges, thumbnails and decals from a written prompt. Choose a quality level, export with a transparent background, and refine any part of an image by marking the area and describing the change.

Great and easy to use tools, especially for those of us like me who are terrible at making 3d props and such themselves.
I dont know why i havent reviewed sooner, if i ever run into an issue zoov helps solve it within minutes. the PS plugin is amazing and ive been using it for close to 5 months now and the amount of time it saves is unreal

Painting, previewing and exporting are free. Credits are only spent on AI generation: a generated livery or outfit costs the same as one image, 15 to 70 credits on the Free plan. A new account starts with 50 credits.
The workspace lists ER:LC vehicles by department: police, fire, DOT and civilian. Most open on a 3D model of the vehicle, and the rest are painted on their flat templates.
A download holds one image for each side of the vehicle. Upload each image to Roblox, then enter its ID in the matching slot of the vehicle's livery settings in ER:LC.
Yes. Shirts and pants export at 585 × 559, the size Roblox's upload page takes, with every face in the classic template's own box.
A generated design is a starting point. The AI can place a part on the wrong side and blurs small text and badges, so check the preview and correct it in the painter. A failed generation is refunded.
Plan credits refresh on every billing date and unused ones do not carry over. Credits bought as a pack are permanent and never expire. Plan credits are always spent first, soonest to expire first, so a pack is never touched while a plan credit is still good.
Discord, and nothing else. There is no email and password, and no password to reset. A first sign-in creates the account, joins the Zoovdev Discord server and adds 50 credits. The workspace opens without an account. The first paid action asks for one.
Yes, at any time from the billing portal. An upgrade applies immediately. Cancelling stops the next charge and access runs to the end of the period already paid for. Purchases are non-refundable, which is why yearly checkout asks for a second confirmation.
